Lede Castle is a truly unique venue with a rich history. Located in Bonn-Vilich, one of the oldest sections of Bonn, the origins of the castle date back to the 14th century.
Peristyle discovered the fascinating park as a wonderful setting for the presentation of garden sculptures and installations. Century-old groves and generous lawns alternate with hidden glades, enchanted terraces und historic walls - all these elements give the park an enjoyable intimacy despite its huge dimension of over seven hectares of ground.
For new projects and installations the park offers a beautiful backdrop with surprising spaces.
The very special charm of Lede Castle results from the fact that the aristocratic family von Loë uses the castle as their permanent home. Lede Castle is reflecting this as a lively venue for get-togethers, enjoying wine and art.

The cellars of Lede Castle are stocked with exquisite wines of Italian, French, and German origin, which Ferdinand von Loë expertly selects himself. In this historic ambiance the wine tastings take place. The connoisseur Ferdinand von Loë knows perfectly how to conduct them in an enjoyably and informal fashion.
The private atmosphere of the castle offers a most distinguished location for all sorts of events – from weddings, private parties to corporate meetings. And all this always in the presence of art.
